Abstract
The article is devoted to the conscious and damaging behavior from behalf of employee towards organization as such or towards its members. Previous works on antisocial behavior at the workplace, aggression, sabotage, mobbing, bullying and bossing are mentioned.
We define the concept of counterproductive work behavior, its types and parts.
