Identification of fungal species by fragment length analysis of the internally transcribed spacer 2 region

Abstrakt
Fluorescent PCR-fragment length analysis of the highly variable ITS2 region was used for fungal identification in routine diagnostics. The method was adequate sensitive and specific for most of 60 fungal species analyzed.
