Influence of cytostatic agents on ovarian cancer cells obtained from tumor and ascites

Abstract

Chemosensitivity was tested by MTT test in 22 women with ovarian cancer. Highest chemosensitivity was to cisplatinum and topotecan, results with cells obtained from tumour and ascites do not differ significantly.
