Tick-borne encephalitis virus - a rare cause of encephalitis in infants

Abstract

Tick-borne encephalitis in a three-month-old child is extremely rare not only in the Czech Republic but in the whole Central Europe. The follow up after the experienced disorder in reported case is promising.
