Abstract
The overview article points out the possibilities, which a gynecologist is able to use within differential diagnosis in the outpatient department. It also emphasis the necessity of interdisciplinary co-operation, particularly in patients with chronic difficulties where erudite evaluation of fixed preparation and culture examination are beneficial.
