Electrocardiography in diagnostics of cardiac toxicity of oncology treatment

Abstract

Cardiac toxicity is one of the possible adverse events of oncology treatment. Various methods have been recommended for diagnostics of cardiac toxicity.

In our conditions, electrocardiography and echocardiography are routinely used. The article gives a review of the potential of electrocardiography in diagnostics of cardiac toxicity of oncology treatment and contains the authors´ own experience with this problem.
