Abstract
The exploitation and dehumanization of children´s human person and sexuality in prostitution presents ona of the most serious global problem that to be concerned and solved not only in the Czech Republic, but in the whole Christian Church. The first part of the artikle desribes the forms and cause of child prostitution, it?s consequences and criminal law aspects.
In the second part, the autor analyzes the concepts of ethics and morality and the dichotomy between perception of these two concepts from the point of criminal law and theological ethics. The artikle focuses also on the challenges that this phenomenon presents to pastoral ministry.
