Abstract

Author analyzes ideal construction of the communities in the oppinions of the F. J.

Tomsa (1790), V. Šwippl (1840), Karel Havlíček Borovský (1846), K. V.

Uhlíř (1849), Eberhard Jonák (1871) and František Schwarz (1877 and 1891). His main goal is to stress the important role of the leading personalities among the communal elites in the construction of the so-called public welfare in the chosen writings.
