Abstract

The book brings information about the theory of the development of child's self-efficacy and stress resistance. We focus on aspects of the development with contribution to personality development.

The theoretical approach of the task is social cognitive theory. This approach makes it possible to give some recommendations, how to support children in coping with daily stress, eventually, how to 'harden' the child.
