Towards a Language Teaching Strategy Based on Communicative Approach (Case Study: Writing a Basic Czech Textbook for Vietnamese Students)

Abstract

The communicative approach towards teaching considers its goal to be 'using the language', rather than the knowledge of it. This does not work with native speakers of Asian languages.

The proposed strategy aims at solving the problem of teaching the system while maintaining the communicative approach.
