The article assumes the distinction between hermeneutics taken as a technique of interpretation and a philosophical hermeneutics. The philosophical hermeneutics - based especially on M.

Heidegger - takes understanding as the basic structure of the human existence. The article shows some consequences (concerning the relation text - interpretation).
