A model of educational interactions of aadults and children was applied in the research of the educational styles of parental behaviour. The changes in our society and the transformation precess of the Czech society are reflected in the interaction between parents and children.
On the basis of a long-term comparison of the research results of educational styles in the family (from the 1970s until the present time) wi can state that educational styles characterized by freedom predominante in the current family education (children reflected the fact themselves in the course of the project). A question remains how the described shift can affect the development of adolescents and also their relationships with adults.
