Abstract
The aim of this information presented to medical public is to introduce principles and importance of microbiological laboratory techniques (morphological and serological) used in diagnosis of parasit diseases caused by helmints and protozoa. Information also includes practical advices for sampling and transportation of samples taken from digestive tract, possible difficulties result interpretation and necessity of accepting specific biology of parasites.
Proper anamnestic data are essential for optimal of investigated material and diagnostic methods.
