Abstract
Induratio-penis plastica (IPP) is a disease of benign character, unclear etiology and demanding symptomatic therapy. We are able nowadays to help the patient to be pain-free and emend penile angulation operatively.
It is possible to treat the erection disorder by all means of procedures. The patients often end up with penile prosthesis implantation.
