Abstract
The flapless technology of immediate reconstruction makes it possible in one day to extract a tooth and replace it by a functional provisory crown carried by implant without lifting off the mucoperiostal flap. The procedure is well accepted by patients, minimizes the invasiveness of treatment and reaches optimal effect from the so-called ?red esthetic? point of view.
The success rate of implantation does not differ significantly from the conventional implantation concept. It is one of the most effective methods of dentition restoration.
