Abstract
6 years old obese girl was recommended for allergological investigation for uncontrolled persisting bronchial asthma. The main difficulty was exercise related dyspnoea, with frequency three times per week.
Her parents also describe that within last year the girl was sleepy and felt asleep when sitting during the day, both at home and in kindergarten. However during exercise activities she was active and talkative.
Her parents contributed this to sleeping difficulties, as she strongly snored, breathed unevenly and time to time stopped breathing.
