Abstract
The paper topic consists in summary of our own experience in revascularization heart operations, accessible from left-handed short front thoracotomy at a 774 patient unit, performed from September 1, 1997 to June 30, 2006, i.e., since its introduction at the Department of Cardiosurgery at the University Hospital in Hradec Králové.
