Abstract
The aim of this study was to analysed data after intracavitary therapy of cystic craniopharyngioma by instillation ytrium - 90 colloid. The volume of the cyst was determined by CT or MRI.
For administration CT quided surgery or Ommaya drainage system was used. The best result can be expected in solitary cyst because the effect is limited to the cystic part of the tumor.
