Abstract
From the beginning of this year a Register of dialysed patients (RDP) was established due to initiative of committee of Czech nephrological association (CNA). RDP serves to newly conceived data gathering based on prospective screening of individual patient.
Thus nephrological community of the Czech Republic made an important step in the field of operation evidence and presenting results of its most important activity (i. e. dialysis therapy) towards enlistment among advanced countries of the Western Europe and of the world.
