Abstract

The leiomyosarcoma is rare entity with poor prognosis. Delayed diagnosis is due to its slow growth and non-specific symptoms.

Nowadays spiral CT including CT flebography and magnetic resonance are accepted methods in the diagnostic algorithm for this rare neoplasia.
