Abstract
The chapter peripheral nerve lesions is part of monography 'Neurochirurgie'. In this chapter epidemiology, etiology and mechanism of peripheral nerve trauma are described and also the surgical treatment rules, also the traumatology of brachial plexus. Important part is concerning of peripheral nerves entrapment syndromes (carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, Guyon tunnel syndrome, TOS etc. We also make a mention of the peripheral nerves tumors surgical treatment.
