Hereditary form of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura

Abstract

Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura is a serious life threatening disease. It´s caused by deficiency of ADAMTS 13 metalloproteasis.

In our study, we did genetic analysis of individuals with inherited form of TTP.
