Safety and tolerability of repeated administration of pyridoxal 2-chlorobenzoyl hydrazone in rabbits

Abstract

In this study, safety and tolerability of repeated administration of novel iron chelator (2-chlorobenzoyl hydrazone, o-108) was determined in 3 escalating doses (25, 50 and 100 mg/kg).
