Motivation of a school as an institution for changing a school climate and for managing problem

Abstract

Overview study stems from a metaphor school - personality. Four main theories are applied to school climate:

1. Motivation theory about coping with stress in personality;

2. Mental representation;

3. Theory of intrapersonal and interpersonal motivation;

4. Theory of behavioral selfregulation
