Role of social psychology variables in thorough exploration of school climate

Abstract

Overview study discuss open questions related to research on climate: participants´perception of climate, sharing and co-constructing of climate, mental representation of climate. The study reflect upon both individual and group qualities of participants, social 'Self', transitional periods in school and a social context, in which schools operate.
