Abstract

Czechoslovakian democracy was restorted after the World Wa II as a constraint parliamentary democracy. This notion is given the empirical content in the historical exposition, whereas it cannot be avoided the normative evaluation of the democratic nature of that regime.

As follows three relevant intepretations are contested with that regard.
