Abstract
The article discusses two types of important places of ladscape: sacred pilgrimage place and places considered to be residence of the local deities. Through the particular case of Tagtshang Lhamo locality ilustrates their development and absorbtion into the life of monastic community.
It is appended by texts dedicated to the both types of place in original sounding and translation.
