Late diagnosed rupture of the diaphragm - a case review

Abstract

The authors describe a case of the patient with late diagnosis of the diaphragmatic rupture. There was a bowel obstruction found in X-ray scan.

After endotracheal intubation was complicated of tension pneumotorax. Laparotomy was found rupture of the diaphragm.
