Unbiased quantification of microvessels in normal and tumorous canine lymph nodes

Abstract

Advantages of this method are a high reproducibility with reasonable interobserver (intraclass correlation coefficient 0.631) and low intraobserver (intraclass correlation coefficient 0.847) variance and the possibility to use archival material.
