Commentary on two papers about diagnostics and treatment of migraine

Abstract

Migraine is a common episodic headache disorder. Even though migraine is underdiagnosed and undertreated.

The major issues in dealing with migraine is: correctly differentiating migraine from other conditions, and selecting the correct therapy.
