Lumbar plexopathy in psoriatic juvenile arthritis

Abstract

Juvenile psoriatic arthritis represents about 8-20% cases of juvenile arthritis. In a 15-year old boy with psoriasis and knee-joint synovitis developed a major lumbar plexopathy with partial denervation in the femoral, ileopsoatic and gluteal muscles.
