Fitness strength training metodology

Abstract

Fitness is very popular activity and lifestyle in the Czech Republic in the last years. Motivation of fitness centre visitors is various – weight reduction, muscle mass increasing, body shaping, health, conditional training and so on.

Conception of fitness training came out from body building but this is analytical understanding of muscle function, moreover it hasn´t respect to individual aims and functional status of muscle apparatus. That´s why need of new conception of fitness training is actual problem.

We offer project of well-founded new conception of fitness training. It is intended for standard fitness centre visitors as well as athletes who need to compend their specific trainig load.

Basics of this new conception are respecting tendention to muscle dysbalances and respecting interelationship between muscles and muscle groups and their importance for postural system function.
