Time According to Marius Victorinus, Adversus Arium IV.15

Publication at Protestant Theological Faculty |
2010

Abstract

In Adversus Arium IV.15, Victorinus characterizes time as the always present, albeit always changing actuality of human life. In the present character of time consists its analogy to eternity being, nevertheless, not a changing but a simultaneous all-comprehensive present.
