Abstract
This paper looks at the integration of political parties from Central Europe into the party political system of the European Union. The central question is how did the national political parties from Central Europe integrate into the EU party system, and what effect the EU party system has had on these Central European parties.
Firstly, the structure of EU party system is described, secondly, the party political integration is put in to the context of Europeanization, and, finally, some empirical evidence from the European Parliament is provided.
