PET/CT imaging of osteoblastic bone metastases with 68Ga-bisphosphonates: First human study

Abstract

Macrocyclic ligand containing bisphosphonate group in the pendant arm was labelled with (68)Ga. The complex was used for imaging of bone metastases by PET/CT in a patient with prostate cancer.
