Abstract
The text focuses on school counsellors' position within a school and possible cooperation between a counsellor and school management. The text introduces a list of activities which are in charge of school counsellors and describes them from educational-psychological perspective.
The emphasis is put on cooperation and sharing of competences between the above mentioned positions in school.
