Abstract
The theme of this article is a battle of a planned new mosque in Brno started in July 2009. The paper deals with a campaign of the Christian Democratic Union - Czechoslovak People?s Party against the mosque and against Islam.
It quotes commentaries talking about a shift of this party to the extreme right.
