On linguistic and intercultural issues of language contacts in America

Abstract

The article deals with language contacts among Spanish, Indian languages and English in America. It touches upon the issues concerning a linguistic adaptation and adaptability, hybridization, pidginization, creolezation as well as an inosculation of linguistic and cultural factors.
