The Stationary Phase Packing Bed Compaction during the Slurry Packing of Capillary Columns

Abstract

The effect of compaction conditions such as packing pressure or sonication on the resulting columns was evaluated. Importance of these factor for packing of capillary HPLC columns was discussed.
