Abstract
The presented work is focused on simplification and shortening of an optimization process of a general liquid-liquid microextraction technique with help of two statistical program packages (NCSS and Design Expert). The goal of the work is comparison of application of two commercial software packages in their default settings without any deeper knowledge of the sophisticated statistical methods implemented within the software.
